Welcome to Pic-a-Boo! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Artwork
All portraits are custom-made and created based on the design approved by the customer. Please review all proofs carefully before giving final approval, as no changes can be made once production begins.

2. Approval & Production
Once a customer has approved the final design, it will be sent to production. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before approving the design.

3. Turnaround Time
Expected turnaround time is 5-7 business days, but may vary depending on the volume of orders. Estimated delivery dates will be provided, but are not guaranteed.

4. Ownership & Usage
You retain ownership of your personal photo references, but the final artwork remains the intellectual property of Pic-a-Boo. We reserve the right to showcase the artwork on our website and social media, unless you request otherwise.
