The design is carefully made by hand, and each one takes several hours to complete. If we ever encounter an issue with the photo, we’ll get in touch and work with you to make sure we have the right photo to create your portrait.
Since creating the design is a detailed process, it’s best to select the right photo initially. If you’re unsure, reach out to us, and we’ll help you choose!
YES! If you don’t have a group photo or want specific people together, we can combine multiple photos seamlessly.
Absolutely! We create portraits for all kinds of pets, either individually or alongside people.
Each kit is made to order, so we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s been a mistake on our part. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll sort it—refund or replace, no fuss.

Not at all! The process is simple and comes with clear instructions. If you need help, feel free to reach out.
- Work in a well-lit area for precision.
- Experiment with brush strokes for unique effects.
- Let each colour dry completely before layering.
- If you’re applying thicker or multiple layers, the foil might not lift the first vinyl layer completely. Simply use tweezers or a toothpick to gently remove any remaining vinyl from the canvas!
