All our portraits are custom-made to order, based on your approved design. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your design has been approved and the item has gone into production — unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.
We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
The item is faulty or not as described
If your package arrives with visible damage, we recommend noting this with the delivery driver and taking clear photos of both the packaging and the item as soon as possible. This helps us resolve your issue more quickly, but your right to a remedy is not dependent on this step.
